📞 Call Center Representative (English) – Work From Home, Egypt
We are hiring English-speaking Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team! This role focuses on outbound calls, appointment setting, and lead qualification while working primarily from home.
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (US Timezones)
🌍 Location: Egypt (Remote)
💰 Salary: 20,000 EGP + KPIs & Bonuses (up to 35,000+ EGP)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients 📞
Qualify leads and match them with the company’s services ✅
Schedule appointments for the sales team 📅
Follow up with leads to maintain communication
Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system 🗂️
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
🎓 Job Requirements
Fluent English with a neutral accent (C1/C2) 🗣️
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
Ability to work independently from home 💻
Comfortable using CRM software, email, and digital tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to work across US business hours if required
Must be located in Egypt 🇪🇬
