Job Responsibilities
Respond to guest and owner inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Handle incoming calls via RingCentral with professionalism and accuracy.
Assist guests during their stay by resolving issues or escalating when needed.
Communicate updates and service needs with property owners.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by management.
Maintain accurate documentation of guest and owner interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Learn and use Streamline PMS and the Owner Acquisition CRM (training provided).
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (hospitality preferred).
Ability to manage a high volume of calls with patience and professionalism.
Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work remotely, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools.
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in short-term rentals or vacation rental management.
Familiarity with property management systems (especially Streamline PMS).
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
