🚀  Supply Chain Manager

We are hiring a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, supplier management, and strategic planning.

This is a key leadership role for professionals who excel in FMCG supply chain, food industry logistics, and operational optimization.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage procurement activities and negotiate strong supplier agreements.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain healthy stock levels.

Oversee logistics, shipping, and transportation to ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain solid relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.

Collaborate with production, sales, and operations to ensure seamless workflow.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and regulations.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management (preferably F&B).

Strong experience in procurement, inventory planning, and logistics management.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

High proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and supply chain tools.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
