📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo (City Stars Mall)

💰 Salary: 14,000 – 19,000 EGP per month (+ up to 2,800 EGP overnight allowance)

🕒 Work Type: Full-time, On-site, Rotational Shifts

📝 Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent (English, Chat/Voice), you’ll provide support to customers, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality service for top U.S. brands.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Answer customer inquiries (billing, services, technical issues)

🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve service issues professionally

✍️ Document interactions in internal systems

🌟 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Work Conditions

5 working days / 2 days off (rotational shifts)

9 working hours/day (including 1-hour break)

On-site at City Stars, Nasr City

Free transportation (pickup + door-to-door after 11 PM)

Who Should Apply
