بنك التعمير والإسكان HD Bank is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee all fleet and transportation operations. Ensure efficient coordination between departments, maintain all Bank-owned vehicles in optimal condition, and supervise all transportation activities in compliance with Bank procedures.
Job Overview
The Fleet Manager is responsible for managing daily fleet operations, monitoring vehicle maintenance, insurance, licensing, and ensuring smooth transportation services across all bank branches in Giza. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 7+ years of fleet and transportation management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all fleet operations, including daily activities, accounts, and vehicle movements 🚗
Ensure compliance with Bank’s approved internal procedures ✅
Review and approve vehicle maintenance and repair requests 🔧
Follow up on service agreements and contracts with external vendors
Monitor insurance renewal dates and issue timely policies 📝
Oversee vehicle license renewals and coordinate with traffic units
Prepare annual operational plans and coordinate fleet requests across departments
Monitor fuel consumption and implement control measures ⛽
Ensure technical inspections and readiness of vehicles with workshops and authorities
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 🎓
Minimum 7 years of experience in fleet and transportation operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of traffic regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
