💼 Responsibilities:
🧾 Handle day-to-day accounting operations for hotel departments
📊 Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
✅ Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls
📌 Prepare journal entries and support general ledger reconciliations
📈 Generate routine financial reports for senior accountants or Finance Manager
🤝 Collaborate with operations and sales teams for financial data and performance analysis
📝 Support preparation of tax returns and internal audits
🔍 Stay updated on accounting standards relevant to hospitality
🎓 Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
💼 1–3 years of accounting experience (hotel or real estate industry preferred)
🖥 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
🧠 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
💬 Good communication and interpersonal abilities
📜 CPA or other relevant certification is a plus
