TotalEnergies is looking to hire a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller Supervisor to join a fast-paced, dynamic, and multinational environment where accuracy, analytics, and leadership truly matter.
This role is perfect for professionals with strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, SAP, Power BI, month-end closing, investment tracking, and the ability to transform financial data into insights that support strategic decision-making.
🔍 About the Role
You will be responsible for driving the company’s financial performance, preparing global and local reports, monitoring investments, supporting budgeting cycles, and ensuring solid governance across all financial activities.
You’ll work closely with local management and international shareholders, operating in a high-demand environment that values precision, reliability, and analytical excellence.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly dashboards for investments, working capital, and P&L, including variance commentary vs budget and previous year.
Participate in building the annual budget, ER, and LTP, including all financial analysis and presentations required by HQ.
Monitor investment liquidation through monthly management reviews.
Conduct margin analysis for fuel and non-fuel business lines (Network, GT, Aviation, Lubricants).
Support month-end closing, preparing accruals and cost analyses to ensure accurate reporting.
Track fixed costs, prepare accruals, and provide reliable insights to management.
Prepare dashboards for CCNG business performance with variance commentary.
Contribute to TotalEnergies global projects:
MAMBO – NCA – TOP – ARADOS.
Review and validate purchase requisitions, ensuring correct allocation to cost centers and investment orders.
Upload and verify technical pricing conditions for proper margin reflection.
Create and validate customer master data in line with reporting standards.
Ensure full compliance with:

🧑💼 Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Additional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
Previous experience as a Controller, Senior Accountant, or Financial Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, data modelling, reporting).
Strong skills in PowerPoint for management presentations.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial standards.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office & SAP.
Strong analytical and statistical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
