🔍 Job Overview
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, monitor staff performance, ensure proper inventory control, and maintain the highest standards of product quality and operational efficiency.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate receiving, dispatching & product quality.
Supervise warehouse teams and manage daily operational activities.
Organize storage areas and ensure optimal inventory space utilization.
Ensure integrity and accuracy of physical inventory levels and assist in periodic audits.
Monitor and maintain stock levels of supplies and materials.
Schedule, assign, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Assess staffing needs and distribute workload efficiently.
Conduct daily inspections of warehouse areas and grounds.
Maintain a balance between on-the-floor presence and administrative work.
Coordinate fleet management and warehouse equipment.
Collaborate effectively with other departments and suppliers.
Track and analyze performance metrics to enhance workflow efficiency.
Implement new processes, improvements, and innovative operational methods.
Identify areas needing development and adjust workflows accordingly.
Perform daily checks of refrigerated goods to prevent spoilage or damage.
Identify and document defective products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and equipment.
📌 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
5–7 years of warehouse management experience (3PL or FMCG experience preferred).
Strong operational and supervisory background.
Proficiency in warehouse software systems & MS Office.
Strong ability to retrieve, analyze, and input data accurately.
Hands-on leadership approach with commitment to staff development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
