🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through multiple channels 🌐
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs 📂
Screen and filter applicants effectively ✅
Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire 📊
Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers 🤝
🎓 Requirements:
1–3 years of mass hiring experience (call center/telemarketing)
Fluent in English (spoken & written) 🗣️
University graduate 🎓
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
