Key Responsibilities:
📅 Manage schedules, meetings, and calendars for executives and teams
📄 Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
📞 Handle incoming calls, emails, and communications professionally
📂 Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
🤝 Collaborate with team members and provide general office support
Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years experience in administration or office support
✅ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
✅ Strong verbal & written communication
