JobzEG Energy & Mining is hiring a professional Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a nursery in Heliopolis. This role is perfect for an organized, friendly, and proactive individual who excels in administrative and front-desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
👋 Welcome children, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally
📞 Manage incoming calls, emails, and communications, directing inquiries as needed
📝 Maintain accurate attendance and sign-in/sign-out records
📂 Assist with administrative tasks: filing, photocopying, and data entry
📅 Coordinate appointments and manage the nursery’s event calendar
📚 Support admissions: provide information and assist with enrollment paperwork
🧹 Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming
📦 Handle deliveries, mail distribution, and supply inventory
🤝 Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to support daily operations
🔒 Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in reception, administrative, or front desk role
✅ Very good to fluent English – a must
✅ Female candidates preferred
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
