Job Description:

• Maintain and update asset registers and reporting dashboards • Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and rental summaries • Coordinate with property managers and external service providers • Assist in preparation and submission of banking documentation • Provide administrative support for project entities and related documentation • Serve as central liaison with industry professionals and advisors • Maintain records of investment decisions and resolutions

Job Requirements:
