Founders Arm, a recruitment partner connecting top MENA talent with leading US startups, is hiring a **Customer Success Manager** to manage the post-placement relationship between Virtual Assistants and their US clients.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage regular check-ins with placed VAs
• Track performance, workload, and blockers
• Manage a portfolio of active placements
• Monitor performance and identify risks early
• Gather feedback from both VAs and clients
• Coach VAs on communication and delivery expectations
• Escalate serious performance or relationship issues
• Manage the support inbox and respond to VA questions
• Maintain accurate records and follow up until issues are resolved
Job Requirements:
• Fluent English — written & spoken
• **2+ years** in Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing operations
• Experience managing multiple accounts or relationships
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving ability
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools
• Ability to coordinate with **US working hours**
