### Key Responsibilities
🔹 Process **cash and non-cash transactions** accurately and efficiently
🔹 Serve clients and provide high-quality operational banking services
🔹 Ensure compliance with branch policies, regulatory requirements, and **CBE regulations**
🔹 Welcome clients, receive and validate their instructions, obtain required approvals, and coordinate execution
🔹 Handle daily banking operations in accordance with established procedures
🔹 Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and escalate issues when required
🔹 Support **cross-selling of banking products and services**
🔹 Follow up on customer instructions with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate execution
🔹 Maintain proper **safekeeping of bank valuables**
