🚨 ADIB Egypt is Hiring - Personal Banker
💼 **Personal Banker**
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt
🏦 **Company:** Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt
### Key Responsibilities
🔹 Achieve sales targets across the assigned banking products
🔹 Drive outbound sales, customer visits, and cross-selling activities
🔹 Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers
🔹 Acquire new customers through branch walk-ins, referrals, marketing leads, and self-generated leads
🔹 Assess customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable products
🔹 Stay updated on competitors’ products and market offerings
🔹 Handle customer requests and inquiries while maintaining excellent service
🔹 Promote digital and alternative banking channels
🔹 Manage appointments and support Advising Zone activities
🔹 Ensure compliance with **KYC, AML, and bank policies & procedures**
🔹 Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Compliance teams on pending cases and required approvals
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent**
💼 **PB (Low):** 0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail
💼 **PB (High):** 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail
📌 Basic knowledge of retail banking products and services
📌 Strong sales, cross-selling, and customer acquisition skills
📌 Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
📌 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
📌 Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office
📌 Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
