Job Description:
🚨 Supply Chain Manager | ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC**
**ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC** is hiring a **Supply Chain Manager** to lead planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier management, cost optimization, and supply chain operations.
📍 **Location:** 10th of Ramadan, Sharqia, Egypt
💼 **Level:** Manager
🧑💼 **Experience:** 10+ years
### 🔥 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage end-to-end supply chain plans
• Align Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse & Logistics
• Manage suppliers, lead times, quality, cost & delivery performance
• Optimize inventory, safety stock and reorder levels
• Ensure material availability and prevent production downtime
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs including **OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy & supplier OTD**
• Lead S&OP and demand/supply planning activities
• Develop risk mitigation, alternative sourcing & business continuity plans
• Lead and develop the supply chain team
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• **10+ years of experience**
• Advanced Excel & strong Microsoft Office skills
• ERP & Supply Chain Management experience
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Inventory, Demand Forecasting & Vendor Management
• Logistics Operations & Strategic Sourcing experience
• Cost Optimization & Project Management skills
