Breadfast is hiring a **Food Logistics Team Lead** to oversee last-mile delivery operations and drive rider performance, operational efficiency, and service quality.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily rider attendance, performance, and issue resolution
• Monitor order lifecycle metrics and ensure SLA adherence
• Provide live operational support and resolve real-time delivery challenges
• Ensure compliance with fleet hygiene, branding, and equipment SOPs
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers
• Support vendor onboarding and performance tracking
• Maintain operational dashboards and prepare weekly reports
• Coordinate onboarding of new vendors with Account Management
• Work with Zone Leads on demand planning and capacity management
Job Requirements:
• **4–6 years of experience** in logistics or field operations
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Experience in live operations and performance tracking
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs and SLA metrics
• Familiarity with zone-based operations
• Strong team management and on-ground coordination
• **Bachelor's Degree**
