Justlife is hiring an **Operations Executive** to join its **KSA Exclusive Supply & Fulfillment** team and help drive fulfillment, efficiency, and customer experience across its fast-growing Saudi market.
### What You’ll Own
🔹 Improve fulfillment rates by closing supply-demand gaps
🔹 Monitor professional utilization and reduce unfulfillment
🔹 Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
🔹 Maintain accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality
🔹 Analyze operational metrics and turn data into actions
🔹 Make outbound calls based on quality-grading standards
🔹 Support projects that improve operational efficiency
### Your First 90 Days
📌 **Weeks 1–2:** Learn the tools, CRM, and fulfillment metrics and begin handling daily reports.
📌 **Weeks 2–8:** Take ownership of fulfillment and utilization targets and independently identify operational gaps.
📌 **Weeks 9–12:** Lead a small efficiency improvement project and become a reliable point of contact for customer escalations.
Job Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in **Operations or Customer Support**
✅ Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is preferred
✅ **Fluent Arabic**
✅ Solid working **English**
✅ Strong analytical skills
✅ Comfortable using **Excel / Google Sheets**
✅ Ability to understand operational metrics and take action based on data
✅ Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
⭐ **Nice to Have**
• Experience in the **service industry**
• Experience with on-demand or marketplace businesses
• Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tools
