Nestlé Egypt is looking for an **Assistant Manager, Warehouse Management** to support efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, team performance, and compliance with global safety and quality standards.
### Key Responsibilities
🔹 Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
🔹 Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts and audits
🔹 Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with production and customer schedules
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
🔹 Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
🔹 Monitor KPIs including stock accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines
🔹 Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse teams
🔹 Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback
🔹 Develop shift schedules and allocate resources effectively
🔹 Conduct performance evaluations and establish clear KPIs
🔹 Promote teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in **warehouse/factory operations**
✅ At least **2 years in a supervisory role**
✅ Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering**, or a related field preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of **WMS and ERP systems**
✅ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong leadership and team management abilities
✅ Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
✅ Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
⭐ **Plus:**
• Experience with **Power BI**
• Experience with **MS Power Apps**
• Warehouse safety or logistics management certification
