micro1 is engaging **UI / Visual Designer experts** for a writing-intensive design project where your real-world design expertise will help train next-generation AI systems.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Critically evaluate user interfaces and visual/interaction design
🔹 Write structured rationales for design decisions and recommendations
🔹 Develop principles, patterns, and guidelines for robust design systems
🔹 Review and document component libraries for consistency and accessibility
🔹 Create high-quality mockups using **Figma**
🔹 Apply best practices in typography, color, spacing, layout, and responsive design
🔹 Produce comprehensive design documentation
🔹 Ensure accessibility and usability across visual designs and documentation
Job Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in **UI, Visual, or Product Design**
✅ Strong portfolio of digital design work
✅ Deep knowledge of **Typography, Color Theory, Visual Hierarchy & Layout**
✅ Strong **Figma** skills
✅ Experience with **Design Systems & Component Libraries**
✅ Experience documenting design systems and component guidelines
✅ Strong analytical and written communication skills
✅ Ability to clearly explain complex design decisions
✅ Knowledge of accessibility standards such as **WCAG**
✅ Advanced English writing skills
⭐ **Preferred:**
• Experience with leading universities or highly regarded organizations
• Strong background in digital product design
• Experience creating detailed design documentation and design rationales
