Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt is hiring a **Bank Teller** to join its branch operations team in Cairo.
### 💰 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle cash deposits and withdrawals in **EGP and foreign currencies**
🔹 Process cheque deposits and withdrawals
🔹 Verify customer IDs, signatures, and transaction limits
🔹 Handle clearing and collection cheque deposits
🔹 Follow up on returned cheques and customer delivery
🔹 Maintain accurate cash balances with **zero shortages or excesses**
🔹 Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints when required
🔹 Coordinate daily branch cash requirements with the Head Teller
🔹 Prepare cash reports and archive daily transactions
🔹 Process incoming transfers through **ADIB Remit**
🔹 Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to the relevant teams
🔹 Comply with **CBE, AML, and internal ADIB regulations and policies**
🔹 Participate in UAT testing and review results
🔹 Investigate and resolve customer complaints according to policies and SLAs
🔹 Perform other assigned tasks
Job Requirements:
✅ **Bachelor's Degree**
✅ **0–2 years of relevant experience**
⭐ Previous internship experience or university activities is preferred
✅ Very good command of **MS Word & MS Excel**
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Self-motivated and responsible
