Location: Egypt – On-site
Department: Finance & Accounting
Working Hours: 9-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Teleperformance is expanding its Finance & Accounting team and is seeking qualified Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountants and Accounts Payable (AP) Accountants to support our growing operations. These roles are critical to maintaining financial accuracy, internal controls, and ensuring smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.
💼 Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant – Responsibilities
Process, verify, and post vendor invoices in compliance with company policies
Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
Reconcile AP balances and resolve discrepancies promptly
Support month-end closing including accruals and reconciliations
Record and reconcile intercompany charges and settlements
Track Capex projects and post monthly depreciation entries
Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance for issue resolution
Ensure full compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
💼 Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant – Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
Post and reconcile customer payments and resolve discrepancies
Assist in month-end closing including AR aging, accruals, and reporting
Reconcile AR transactions and maintain accurate customer ledgers
Record and validate intercompany receivables with regional/global teams
Support bank reconciliation activities related to customer receipts
Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company financial policies
🎓 Qualifications & Skills (Both Roles)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting (AR or AP)
Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
Strong understanding of reconciliations and financial processes
High attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in English
Ability to work independently and in a multinational environment
