As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing Unilever’s warehouse activities, ensuring smooth logistics operations, stock accuracy, and on-time distribution. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical and leadership skills in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, FMCG, or automotive industries.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📦 Plan and organize daily/weekly warehouse activity
🚚 Oversee outsourced logistics operations (warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment)
💡 Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
📄 Maintain SOP documentation and ensure full team training
🤝 Act as primary contact for logistics operations
📊 Manage stock, packaging, and warehouse inventory
🏭 Coordinate with factories, co-packers, and other warehouses
🚢 Handle container movement and liaise with freight companies
🛒 Raise electronic purchase orders
🧾 Receive, check, and store goods
🔄 Maintain high stock accuracy (system vs. physical)
📦 Perform quarterly physical counts
🎯 Requirements
🎓 2–5 years in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, FMCG, pharma, or automotive
📈 Strong analytics: Power BI, Excel, Tabular
🧠 Understanding of warehouse operations & supply chain fundamentals
🖥 SAP knowledge (3PL operations preferred)
🤝 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
🧩 Leadership, decision-making, and conflict-management skills
