Mercor collaborates with world-leading AI research labs to build and train advanced AI models. Through Crossing Hurdles as a referral partner, we are seeking Bilingual Arabic & English Experts to support AI language quality and localization efforts.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong linguistic accuracy, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.

🧠 Role Responsibilities

(Training support will be provided)

• Review AI-generated Arabic translations for fluency and linguistic accuracy

• Identify mistranslations, awkward tone, or culturally inappropriate expressions

• Suggest natural, modern Arabic wording aligned with Middle Eastern norms

• Provide structured feedback and corrections to improve localization quality

• Maintain high precision while reviewing content at scale

🎓 Ideal Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (Middle Eastern focus) and English

• Minimum 1 year experience in translation, QA, or localization review

• Strong cultural understanding of modern Arabic usage across the Middle East

• Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to critique linguistic quality objectively
