As a Human Resources Assistant, you will support the day-to-day people operations that keep the organization running smoothly. From recruitment coordination to employee record management, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience.


🔑 Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases and employee records

• Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates

• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, policies, and reports

• Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries

• Assist with training sessions, engagement initiatives, and performance reviews

• Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and data privacy regulations


🎓 Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in HR support or administration

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
