Scale Army Careers is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support a leading telecom-focused client that helps businesses protect communication integrity, resolve spam labels, and restore caller identity across phone-based channels.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in structured, process-driven environments and can deliver consistent, error-free output.
🔑 Role Overview
The Data Entry Specialist will support the Remediation Managed Service, executing highly accurate workflows to submit and track spam label redress requests with major telecom carriers. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, multi-system navigation, and strong written communication skills.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
📌 Redress Processing
• Submit redress requests to major carriers on behalf of clients
• Follow SOPs with 100% accuracy for all submissions
• Maintain detailed logs for activities, statuses, and outcomes
🖥 Systems Navigation
• Work daily across internal tools, client portals, carrier systems, and email
• Switch between systems efficiently without compromising accuracy
📧 Customer & Internal Communication
• Provide customers with submission status updates (mostly via email)
• Handle rejections, escalate issues, and collaborate with internal teams
• Manage professional written communication with clients
• Support internal teams through clear documentation and guidance
🎯 Performance Execution
• Meet daily processing targets while maintaining zero-error standards
• Adhere strictly to workflows, quality guidelines, and SOPs
🎓 Qualifications
Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or operations support roles
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or workflow systems is a plus
• Telecom or carrier-related experience is an advantage
Skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
• Strong discipline in following structured processes
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Typing speed: 55–60 WPM with 95%+ accuracy
