📧🚀 Email Marketing Specialist (Remote – EMEA)

Location: EMEA (Remote)

Work Type: Independent Contractor

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)

Rate: Up to USD 7/hour (≈ USD 1,165/month – paid in local currency)

We are hiring an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-performing email strategies for a portfolio of lifestyle, fashion, and travel brands. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Klaviyo expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts remotely.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📊 Strategy & Client Leadership

• Lead email marketing strategy aligned with commercial and growth targets

• Present channel strategies supported by data, insights, and customer journey analysis

• Act as the main email marketing contact for assigned clients

🔍 Auditing & Account Optimization

• Conduct detailed audits of email accounts (mainly Klaviyo)

• Identify performance gaps, compliance issues, and growth opportunities

• Build actionable improvement plans to enhance customer lifecycle value

⚙️ Campaigns & Automation

• Build and optimize email campaigns and automated flows

• Apply best-practice segmentation, personalization, and behavioral logic

• Continuously test subject lines, content, CTAs, layouts, and send times

🎨 Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with designers to deliver on-brand email creatives

• Provide data-driven creative feedback to improve conversions

📈 Performance & Reporting

• Track performance via Klaviyo, GA4, and dashboards

• Translate analytics into clear insights and growth recommendations

• Share performance updates with clients and internal teams

✅ Best Practices & Compliance

• Ensure GDPR and email compliance standards

• Stay updated on deliverability trends and email marketing best practices

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Support cross-functional collaboration when needed

• Share testing frameworks, insights, and optimization ideas

🎯 Job Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (agency or DTC eCommerce preferred)

• Advanced Klaviyo expertise (flows, segmentation, testing, analytics)

• Proven experience auditing accounts and driving measurable growth

• Strong analytical and testing mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

• Bonus: Experience with SMS marketing or CRM integrations
