Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel & Logistics Coordinator to manage employee travel arrangements and support logistics for meetings, events, and business activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations through effective coordination with service providers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and accommodation

Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective bookings

Handle urgent travel requests, changes, and cancellations as needed

Manage logistics for company meetings, events, and off-site activities

Coordinate venues, transportation, and accommodation for business needs

Maintain accurate records of bookings, costs, and supporting documentation

Provide general administrative and logistics support to business operations

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, or administrative roles

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
