Job Description

A leading multinational industrial company based in New Cairo is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead all Human Resources functions and support organizational growth. The role focuses on building a strong HR team, implementing effective HR systems, and aligning HR strategy with business objectives in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all HR operations across the organization.

Build, develop, and supervise a high-performing HR team.

Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

Manage performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

Handle employee relations, engagement, and disciplinary actions.

Supervise payroll operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company regulations.

Provide strategic HR support to senior management.

Job Requirements

10–15 years of progressive HR experience.

Strong experience in the industrial sector, preferably fertilizers or feeds.

Proven ability to lead HR operations and build HR teams.

Solid experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.

Fluent English is required.

Excellent computer skills and HR systems knowledge.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits
