Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and chat.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Follow company policies and escalation procedures when required.
Job Requirements
Graduate of any major.
Excellent to Fluent English (B2+) is a must.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
Strong written communication and customer service skills.
Salary & Benefits
Gross Salary: 19,100 EGP
COLA Increase: 20% from joining date
