Job Title: Cold Caller
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation:
$4–$6 USD per hour (based on experience)
Aggressive, uncapped bonuses (paid per closed deal, booked appointment, or qualified lead)
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls daily using our dialer system
Follow proven call scripts and objection-handling frameworks
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria
Book appointments, transfer live calls, or collect detailed lead information (campaign-based)
Maintain accurate call notes and lead statuses in the CRM
Meet or exceed weekly KPIs (dials, talk time, conversions, qualified leads)
Attend onboarding, training sessions, and performance coaching meetings
Job Requirements
Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-neutral accent
Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or call centers is a plus (not mandatory for fast learners)
Comfortable making 200+ dials per day
Coachable mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally
Availability to work U.S. business hours (or campaign-specific schedules)
