A reputable UAE-based holding company is currently hiring a Financial Analyst to join its expanding team. This is a full-time remote position, open to qualified professionals across the EMEA region.

Job Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, building forecasting models, and delivering insights that support strategic planning, budgeting, and investment decisions across multiple business sectors within the group.

This role is ideal for professionals who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management

Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and investment planning

Monitor KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and identify financial risks and opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data

Prepare dashboards, presentations, and strategic planning materials

Support due diligence, valuation, and new investment activities

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA is a plus)

4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience with ERP or BI tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Previous experience in a holding or multi-sector organization is preferred
