Job Description:
Processing
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)
• Monitor Goods Receipt (GR) postings and ensure accuracy
• Ensure timely processing across procurement transactions
Compliance
• Ensure PRs, POs, and GRs follow SOPs and sourcing methods
• Maintain high data quality, including terms & conditions
• Enforce competitive bidding rules and procurement standards
Optimization
• Support process improvement initiatives (KPIs, KRIs, NPS)
• Contribute to enhancing procurement efficiency
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal teams across procurement streams
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Escalate issues professionally and support operational reviews
Knowledge & Development
• Develop end-to-end understanding of procurement processes
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Gain hands-on experience in PR, PO, and GR cycles
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
