Job Description:
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for efficiency and cost control
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and negotiations
• Oversee logistics operations (shipping, trucking, air freight)
• Monitor KPIs (inventory turnover, freight cost, order cycle time)
• Use data to forecast demand and optimize supply chain performance
• Identify risks and build contingency plans for supply disruptions
• Build and lead procurement & logistics teams
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong background in procurement, logistics, and supply chain strategy
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certifications like Six Sigma or CSCP are a plus
