Job Description:
• Execute logistics operations in line with contracts and supply chain plans
• Coordinate shipping bookings (air/sea) and container allocations
• Send RFQs and negotiate rates with 3PLs and shipping lines
• Issue shipping and insurance documentation (SDF, IDF)
• Manage importation procedures and ensure compliance
• Collect and review shipping documents (B/L, etc.)
• Track logistics payments and coordinate with stakeholders
• Prepare reports and maintain logistics data analysis
Job Requirements:
• 5–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of shipping, import/export, and documentation
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes
