Job Description:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead institutional acquisition strategy across KSA (GCC), focusing on high-level enterprise healthcare partnerships.
The role requires navigating complex procurement environments and positioning Seha Care as part of national healthcare infrastructure initiatives.
This position reports directly to the Founder / CEO.
🔹 Strategic Focus Areas
✔ Master Partner agreements
✔ Ministry-level engagement
✔ Hospital C-suite negotiations (CEO, COO, CIO, CMO)
✔ Regulatory positioning support
✔ Enterprise sales cycle management (6–12 months)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🏛 Institutional Targeting & Access
• Identify and prioritize key healthcare entities within KSA (GCC)
• Secure executive-level meetings
• Build long-term institutional relationships
• Understand MOH procurement pathways
• Align positioning with Saudi Data and AI Authority governance frameworks
🤝 Strategic Negotiation & Deal Structuring
• Lead negotiation of Master Partner agreements
• Structure conditional exclusivity & performance quotas
• Coordinate with legal and executive leadership
• Drive pilot LOIs and commercial agreements
• Manage long enterprise sales cycles (6–12 months)
💼 Strategic Capital & Executive Engagement
• Engage KSA-aligned institutional investors
• Participate in executive briefings and high-level forums
Job Requirements:
✔ 3–10 years of experience in Healthcare Business Development
✔ Strong exposure to GCC healthcare ecosystem
✔ Experience navigating government procurement
✔ Ability to negotiate enterprise-level agreements
✔ Strategic thinker with executive presence
✔ Comfortable with cross-border travel and stakeholder management
