Waves is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Call Center Agents to join a professional work environment operating with global standards and serving the Gulf market (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar).

If you have strong communication skills and can handle different Gulf dialects professionally, this opportunity is for you.

💼 Responsibilities

Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Communicate effectively using various Gulf dialects

Provide fast and effective solutions to customer issues

Follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolution

Collaborate with team members to ensure high service quality

📌 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field

Fluency in Arabic with strong Gulf dialects understanding

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or call centers (preferably Gulf accounts)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
