📍 Location: 6th of October, Cairo – CAIRO OCT VI PLANT

P&G is seeking an experienced Inbound Logistic Operations Leader to oversee and optimize all inbound logistics and warehousing operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to support manufacturing and supply chain objectives.

💼 Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of inbound operations personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and development

Develop and implement strategies to optimize inbound material flow, reduce lead times, and improve inventory accuracy

Oversee receiving, inspection, and put-away processes for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

Manage warehouse layout, space utilization, and organization for maximum efficiency and safety

Collaborate with procurement, planning, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data analysis

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards

Manage relationships with external logistics providers and carriers

Develop and monitor KPIs for inbound operations and report performance regularly

Identify and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency

📌 Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of progressive experience in inbound logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management (FMCG preferred)

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills

Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and implement lean methodologies

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
