Are you a **fresh graduate** or have **up to 1 year of recruitment experience**? Palm Outsourcing is looking for a **Junior Recruiter** to join its growing remote team and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working with international clients.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source and engage top candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
✅ Conduct structured candidate screening interviews and maintain detailed evaluation scorecards.
✅ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
✅ Use **AI tools** to draft outreach messages, summarize CVs, and support candidate shortlisting.
✅ Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
✅ Publish and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree completed.
✔ **0–1 year** of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or an HR internship.
✔ Fluent English (spoken and written).
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
✔ High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Comfortable using **AI tools** such as ChatGPT for recruitment tasks.
✔ Ability to quickly learn and work with multiple digital tools.
