Breadfast is looking for a **Logistics Specialist** to support real-time delivery operations, ensure compliance with operational standards, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor Delivery Associates (DAs) appearance, hygiene, and branding compliance.
✅ Conduct field audits to ensure SOP compliance.
✅ Collect and document restaurant feedback on DA performance.
✅ Track and validate cash collections, escalating any irregularities.
✅ Support the rollout of new logistics processes and operational tools.
✅ Monitor delivery delays and coordinate real-time interventions.
✅ Prepare weekly field reports with compliance findings, risks, and recommendations.
✅ Escalate operational risks such as repeated delays or non-responsive DAs.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
✔ 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery support, or operations.
✔ Experience with dispatch tools and real-time support systems.
✔ Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
✔ High attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Familiarity with Delivery Associate (DA) workflows and SLA compliance.
