🔹 **About the Role:**
QNB Egypt is looking for a **Teller** to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient banking services through handling daily cash transactions, customer inquiries, and promoting the bank's products while ensuring full compliance with banking policies and regulations.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and cheque transactions accurately
✅ Handle foreign currency exchange transactions according to approved rates
✅ Verify customer signatures and process transactions using the core banking system
✅ Count, balance, and reconcile daily cash and currency positions
✅ Detect and report counterfeit cash or suspicious transactions
✅ Maintain accurate cash records and support vault operations
✅ Assist customers with their daily banking needs and promote relevant banking products
✅ Ensure compliance with CBE regulations, AML policies, and internal banking procedures
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
✔ Basic knowledge of banking operations is an advantage
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
✔ Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work under pressure
