🔹 **About the Role:**
QNB Egypt is looking for a **Payroll New Deals Fulfillment Executive** to support the onboarding of newly acquired payroll companies by managing account opening, salary transfer activation, card issuance, and employee onboarding processes. The role requires close coordination with branches and internal teams while ensuring high accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Process employee onboarding and account opening requests accurately and on time
✅ Review and verify documents to ensure compliance and completeness
✅ Coordinate salary transfer activation and card issuance processes
✅ Follow up with branches and internal teams to resolve operational issues
✅ Maintain tracking logs for onboarding activities and pending requests
✅ Support payroll company onboarding and respond to routine inquiries
✅ Prepare progress reports and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
✅ Ensure compliance with ba
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
✔ Minimum **2 years of relevant experience**
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
✔ Good negotiation and customer service skills
✔ Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
