🔹 **About the Role:**
Banque du Caire is seeking an **Investor Relations Specialist** to manage regulatory filings, corporate disclosures, and investor relations documentation in compliance with FRA and Egyptian Stock Exchange requirements. This role focuses on regulatory and disclosure activities rather than direct investor relationship management.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Prepare and submit mandatory disclosures to the Egyptian Stock Exchange and FRA on time
✅ Ensure compliance with listing rules and regulatory requirements
✅ Maintain and update corporate, governance, and listing documentation
✅ Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure accurate disclosures
✅ Support the preparation of board-approved disclosures, press releases, and official filings
✅ Act as the primary contact for procedural and documentation matters with regulatory authorities
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Capital Markets, External Audit, or a related field
✔ Experience with listed companies, stock exchange requirements, or regulatory authorities is preferred
✔ Exposure to IPOs or capital market transactions is an advantage
✔ CFA, CMA, or IFRS certifications are a plus
✔ Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, and investor relations practices
