Halan is looking for a **Collection Officer** to manage customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving collection and quality targets.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Contact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances
✅ Negotiate suitable repayment plans based on customers' financial situations
✅ Record payment commitments and maintain accurate customer records
✅ Handle inbound and outbound collection calls professionally
✅ Guide customers through available payment options
✅ Resolve customer disputes and ensure timely follow-up
✅ Update customer information with a high level of accuracy
✅ Achieve collection targets while maintaining high call quality standards

Job Requirements:
