🔹 **About the Role:**
Arab Bank is seeking **Fresh Graduates** to join its branch network. In this customer-facing role, you'll assist clients with their banking needs, promote the bank's products and services, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting branch operations.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Assist customers with account, product, and service inquiries
✅ Deliver professional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
✅ Promote and sell banking products and services to achieve business targets
✅ Guide customers to digital banking channels such as Internet Banking, ATMs, SMS Banking, and other self-service solutions
✅ Ensure marketing materials and brochures are updated and available in the branch
✅ Handle custody items and keys in accordance with bank policies and procedures
✅ Follow the Branch Operating Model and comply with all banking regulations
✅ Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks when required
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
