Al-Mansour Automotive is looking for a **Procurement & Logistics Senior Specialist** to join its Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with **2+ years of experience** in procurement and logistics who want to grow their careers with one of Egypt’s leading automotive companies.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
**🚢 Logistics**
✅ Negotiate with shipping lines to secure the best freight rates and services.
✅ Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
✅ Track shipments from supplier until final delivery.
✅ Coordinate with Finance, Customs Clearance teams, and government authorities.
✅ Handle and issue **ACID** registration through **Nafeza** to ensure smooth customs clearance.
**📦 Procurement**
✅ Place purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
✅ Manage procurement activities for both local and international suppliers.
✅ Control procurement costs, lead times, and resolve supply chain issues.
✅ Maintain supplier information, price lists, and purchasing data in **SAP**.
✅ Manage supplier claims related to shipment discrepancies.
✅ Monitor supplier performance using KPIs.
✅ Support the Sales team to achieve business objectives.
**📊 Reporting**
✅ Maintain records of incoming shipments and update transactions in SAP.
✅ Prepare purchasing, inventory, costing, and sales reports for management.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management is preferred).
✔ **2+ years** of experience in Procurement & Logistics.
✔ Experience with **SAP** is preferred.
✔ Excellent English communication skills.
✔ Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
✔ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage international shipments.
