🎯 Job Responsibilities
🔹 Track Purchase Orders after issuance and follow up with vendors
🔹 Ensure compliance with delivery schedules, documents, and commercial terms
🔹 Maintain continuous communication with vendors to avoid delays
🔹 Coordinate logistics and shipment activities with vendors and logistics teams
🔹 Resolve delivery issues and escalate risks when required
🔹 Support PO closeout, invoice follow-up, and system registration
🔹 Prepare weekly critical item and status reports
🔹 Maintain accurate records in reporting systems
🔹 Contribute to process improvement and professional development initiatives

✔ Ensure all activities comply with safety and compliance requirements
🎓 Job Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree
✔ 0–2 years of experience (Oil & Gas experience is a plus)
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ High attention to detail and follow-up
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
