💼 Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Lead Material Planning & Order Engineer to oversee material planning, order processing, and cross-functional coordination for an LV Panels factory. The role ensures material availability, cost optimization, and seamless order execution aligned with production and project schedules.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Lead material planning activities in line with production and project timelines

Review BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications to define accurate material requirements

Issue and follow up on purchase requisitions and material orders

Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Project teams

Monitor material availability, delivery schedules, and inventory levels

Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Track orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve material-related issues

Optimize material utilization and minimize shortages or excess stock

Prepare material status reports and KPIs for management

Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures

Support cost control and value engineering initiatives

🎓 Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

7–10 years of experience in material planning and order management within the LV Panels industry

Strong knowledge of LV panel components, accessories, and systems

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities

Leadership or team guidance experience is a plus
