📝 Job Description

As an HR Generalist at SIPES, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring full compliance with labor regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing documentation for hiring, contract updates, transfers, and terminations

Processing payroll, deductions, and employee benefits with accuracy

Ensuring HR policies align with Egyptian labor laws

Handling employee inquiries regarding leaves, insurance & benefits

Assisting in recruitment activities (job posting, screening, coordination)

Supporting performance reviews & training programs

Coordinating logistics for internal and external training

🎯 Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field

2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist

Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law

Excellent organizational & documentation skills

Strong communication abilities
