📢 Logistics Manager – Cairo, Egypt (Wind Power Sector)

🚀 A major international company is hiring a highly experienced Logistics Manager in Egypt to manage import operations, oversized cargo logistics (OOG), and customs clearance for wind power equipment.

If you have strong expertise in import regulations, international shipping, and supply chain operations in Egypt — this role is built for you.

📌 Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute import logistics plans for wind power equipment, standard parts, blades, and towers

✔ Coordinate international shipping, port operations, unloading, warehousing, and inland transportation

✔ Lead full import customs clearance in Egypt, including documentation and compliance

✔ Communicate with Egyptian customs, internal teams, freight forwarders, and transport providers

✔ Track changes in tax regulations, duties, VAT, HS codes, and GOEIC requirements

✔ Assess risks, prevent delays, and handle transportation or cargo issues

✔ Align logistics operations with project teams and supply chain objectives

📌 Job Requirements

🔹 Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade

🔹 8+ years in international import logistics (Egypt)

🔹 5+ years hands-on customs clearance + oversized cargo (OOG) management

🔹 Strong knowledge of:

Egyptian customs laws

HS Codes

Duties, VAT

COC/COI & GOEIC regulations

🔹 Experience with LCL, air freight, break-bulk shipping, Incoterms 2020

🔹 Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and MS Office

🔹 Fluent Arabic + English (Chinese/French is a strong plus)

🔹 Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication abilities

🔹 Willingness to travel to ports, warehouses, and project sites
